Version adoption should show retired product names usage

Current Scenario

  • In the Version Adoption report, all Power InRoads products appear under the OpenRoads umbrella; Power Rail under OpenRail, similary for other older v8i apps

  • The tool shows only version numbers but does not display V8i or other retired application names.

  • As a result, old products (e.g., Navigator V8i) are still in use but not visible in the report.

Request

Please add the names of old/retired V8i applications alongside their corresponding V8i (or older) versions in the Version Adoption extract.

Importance

  • Helps identify exact legacy applications still being used.

  • Supports targeted upgrade planning and communication with users.

  • Enables better control—for example, discouraging use of old Navigator and guiding users toward Bentley View.

  • Enhances financial and license planning by providing accurate usage visibility.
