Welcome to the Bentley Subscription Analytics Services user feedback site. We value your feedback, and our team regularly reviews your ideas and considers them for future improvements to our products and services.

Want the ability to set a custom date range to select data for the reports.

This is important because:

1) The server times out if you attempt to generate a Detailed Usage report for a period of 12 months and will not create the report.

2) You may only want data for a specific period of time and the preset filters for reports do not allow for selection for a specific period.

3) Excel can only handle a set number of records in a workbook. Not all reports allow for downloading as CSV format.

    The Date Range filter in the selections section of the reports allow you to enter a custom date range. We also recently added the ability to type directly into the field instead of having to select from a calendar. Does that work for you?
