Add Minutes Used to E365 Invoice Report

This report is fantastic, but its missing one critical column, minutes used. Minutes Used helps our business determine how effective we are using software tools. While its critical that we see who uses tools, its also important to see how long they used the tool. This helps us improve our design workflows.

    Bentley charges the customer from the 1st second the application is used so they know it's been used and exactly for how long. yet somehow they will only tell the paying customer in 10 MINUTE intervals and won't really explain the change as there was NO confusion in the report and any columns not needed in a report would be ignored when sorting them through a pivot table. Bottom line here is expect even more obfuscation at a later date..

    The Total Minutes column has been removed from the E365 Usage Report to reduce confusion and better align with the E365 report’s billing-focused purpose.

    If you need usage data in minutes, please refer to the Machine Usage Report Data Export Job.

    Adding our support to the TotalMinutes data in this E365 report as this is not as easily harvested from the Machine (Desktop) and Cloud usage reports and helps identify applications that have been left running over multiple days

    I fully agree with colleagues comment. This column TOTALMinutes which have been removed in May 2025 in E365 report is very helpfull for Business to determine internal recharge process and usage tendency. This column shall be added back by Bentley in E365 report

    It is unfortunate that the total minutes field was removed from the E365 report. I agree with the sentiment in the original idea that it is important to know how long the software is used. We use it as indicator on if the software is being used properly and train staff to improve the utilization of the software. I suggest restoring this field.

    This report is great, but it's missing an important column: Minutes Used. Minutes Used helps us determine how effectively we are utilizing our software tools. Knowing who is using our tools is important, but it's also important to know how long they are using them for. This helps improve our design workflow. The same idea was posted in 2020 and was offered as a feature in E365, so why remove Minutes Used?
