Add TotalMinutes back into the E365 Usage Export.

Add back in the TotalMinutes column into Subscription Analytics > Export Data > E365 Usage Data report. This was removed and has cause some issues with existing powerquery reports. To resolve the issue with the powerquery failing, you have to manually add in the TotalMinutes column with no data for each row; however, when you save the csv, it affects the data cells.

CSV files store only plain text, not formatting, so dates and times are especially vulnerable to being changed when you open or edit the file in tools like Excel. To resolve this issue, you have to manually change the cell format to display the date/time correctly so that the csv maintains that information when you add the TotalMinutes column and save. Otherwise, you're left with the "UsageDate" and "ExportedOn" colums data changing to 00.00.00 losing the correct date time exported.
